Program Activities:

Trips are customized to meet the different interests and needs of visiting groups. Activities are planned ahead of the trips with the group leaders. Science and ecology activities are tailored to the appropriate level of the group. Activities at the reserve may include:

Program participants are expected to help with basic housekeeping and light kitchen duties.

We discourage the use of personal music or electronic game devices while at the O2 reserve because we think they are detrimental to the rainforest experience.

We provide a familial atmosphere where the caretaker's family and other Costa Rican staff join some of the activities and share all meals with the guests.
